Appearance - Post 3 pictures. In the package, during and after the cook to be judged for presentation.
Tenderness - Submit a 15 second video showcasing your entry.
Overall Impression - Submit your turkey recipe. Really sell it so those judges can almost taste it! (we are not expecting your full "comp" recipe. Focus on what makes your turkey the best!
Judging will be handled by our expert panel of KCBS judges via virtual "tables". They will be instructed to judge the item as presented, not the production quality.
